Before you join, please read the following rules! They are very important! If you do not follow these rules, your application will not be considered!

1. You must be a fan of Tatsuya Ueda.
It doesn't matter how long you've been a fan of his, what matters most is that you support him all the way.

2. You must write a clear name.
Please write your name/nickname clearly. If you don't write a clear/comprehensible name, I will change it to something I think is normal. Only first names will be listed.
E.g: AMI-CHAN, MISAKO, TATSUKO, PETER PARKER or MERCURY

3. You must write the country where you live in clearly. No fantasy countries, please!
I also do not accept CONTINENTS, CITIES, and STATES (for U.S.).

4. You must provide a valid & active -mail address.
Don't apply with a fake e-mail address. One day, I might check all of your email addresses so make sure the e-mail address you use to apply is working.

5. You do not have to own a website/blog/journal.
This fanlisting lists ALL FANS, not only FANS WHO HAS WEBSITES. However, you still have to provide a valid e-mail address!

6. If you do have a website, you must do the following:
- Put up a code or write a text
- Link back to this fanlisting
- Keep the code and link up all the time
- Save the codes in your own server and do not hotlink/direct-link the codes
- Journals (Livejournal, Greatestjournal) and blogs are accepted
- No porn sites are allowed; if you have a porn site, I don't care but it won't be linked in here
